Leanne Hughes

Leanne has 20+ years experience and expertise in diagnosing and treating musculoskeletal and sports injuries. Leanne’s years of clinical experience have lead her to work with a large range of clients, injuries and conditions. From those who are immobile following hip/ knee and shoulder surgery, through to high level functioning, professional and Olympic athletes. 

Leanne is highly skilled in the diagnosis and treatment of lower back pain, pelvis and hip pain. Leanne has helped thousands of clients take control of their pain and symptoms, recover fully from injury and improve their postural conditioning for life. From cyclists, runners and dancers to pregnant women, new mums, and those with chronic injuries. 

Leanne is committed to achieving optimal health and wellbeing with each client. She has a passion for educating and training the body to perform at its best which she does through Physiotherapy musculoskeletal hands-on treatments and Clinical Pilates strength and retraining programs. These programs can be prescribed as home exercises, performed in one-on-one private sessions or in small group classes.

Jodee Whillas
Clinical Exercise Physiologist | Clinical Pilates Teacher
B.ExSpSc, M.CEP, ESSAM


Jodee completed her qualifications in Sydney having obtained a Bachelor of Sport and
Exercise Science and a Master’s of Clinical Exercise Physiology. Since graduating Jodee has
worked in both private clinic and hospital settings providing evidence-based exercise
rehabilitation and education for neurological disorders, musculoskeletal injuries, orthopaedic pre & post surgery, intellectual impairments/developmental disabilities, cardiovascular disease &metabolic disorders for all ages from paediatrics to seniors falls prevention and balance.


Jodee also has a special interest in dance and artistic sports, having trained from 4 years old in
multiple dance styles; going on to complete high level examinations and teaching classes. She
has competed nationally and attended a performing arts high school for ballet and
contemporary dance. Jodee has over 20 years of dance experience and is enthusiastic about
the importance of strength and conditioning to promote correct biomechanical movement
patterns, prevent common soft tissue injuries, improve motor performance and build
self-confidence through education.


Jodee has recently completed her Pilates Matwork levels 1-3 with the Australian Physiotherapy
and Pilates Institute and will soon commence reformer and equipment training. She believes
incorporating pilates based strength and mobility with exercise physiology can holistically help
to achieve overall pain free movement, optimise performance and recovery, as well as improve general health and longevity across the lifespan.
